- Students who are studying in the first year of postgraduate class will get yearly scholarship of Rs. 9000.
- Students who are studying engineering as well as other technical, vocational courses will get 11000 rupees as annual scholarship.
- Medical and Allied courses students will get 12000 scholarships.
- In the above manner, students of backward class will get benefits of this scheme.

- Students must be residence of Haryana.
- Students should be from SC / ST as well as OBC category.
- Urban area students should also have 65% academic marks
- Rural area students should also have 60% academic marks.
- This scholarship is based on 10th examination.
