आवंटन की शर्ते

1. मुख्यमंत्री जन आवास योजना -2015 के अंतर्गत आवेदक के पास लीज होल्ड या फ्री होल्ड स्वंय के / पत्नी और किसी आश्रित सदस्य (अविवाहित बच्चो सहित ) के नाम शहरी क्षेत्र में मकान न हो जिसका सपथ पत्र आवंटन के साथ देना होगा |

2. आवास केवल रिहायशी प्रयोजन हेतु उपयोग में लिए जायेंगे | आवास में आवंटी किसी प्रकार का अनाधिक्रत निर्माण नही करा सकेगा एवम न ही कोई अनाधिक्रत / वाणिज्यिक उपयोग करेगा | इस प्रावधान का उल्लंघन कम्पनी को आवास का आवंटन निरस्त करने के समस्त अधिकार होंगे |

3. आवासों का आवंटन लोटरी के माध्यम से किया जायेगा | इसमें आवेदक द्वारा आरक्षण की देय किस्ते जमा करवाकर चलन की प्रतिया कार्यक्रम की निर्धारित अवधि में कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करने वाले आवेदकों को वरीयता क्रमानुसार आवंटन लोटरी में सम्मिलित किया जायेगा |

4. आवेदक अपने पत्राचार के पते में परिवर्तन की सुचना कम्पनी के पते पर देवे | पते में परिवर्तन की सुचना नही देने के कारण अथवा आवेदक की गति से पत्र आवेदक को प्राप्त नही होने की दशा में कम्पनी द्वारा कोई आपति स्वीकार नही की जावेगी | पता परिवर्तन कृते समय वांछित दस्तावेजो की छायाप्रतियो , के साथ पूर्ण वरीयता क्रमांक अवश्य लिखे | कम्पनी द्वारा पता परिवर्तन की स्विकारिता के पश्चात ही पता परिवर्तन मान्य होगा | अत: आवेदक को परामर्श है की इस सम्बन्ध में कम्पनी से सुचना नही प्राप्त होने की स्थिति में सम्बन्धित कार्यालय से पता परिवर्तन किये जाने की जानकारी प्राप्त क्र लेवे |

5. आवेदक द्वारा ऐसे स्थान जहा सामान्यजन का प्रवेश वर्जित हो , का पता अन्क्कित करने की स्थिति में कम्पनी द्वारा जारी पत्राचार प्राप्ति में होने वाले विलम्ब अथवा पत्राचार प्राप्त नही होने के लिए कम्पनी उतरदायी नही होगी | ऐसी स्थिति में आवेदकों को परामर्श है की वह समय-समय पर कम्पनी के सम्बन्धित कार्यालय में सम्पर्क करते रहे |

6. आय वर्गानुसार परिवार में पती- पत्नी एवम आश्रित में से कोई एक आवेदक ही आवास आवंटन की पात्रता रखेगा|

7. आवास कब्जे के बाद आवास का रख – रखाव स्वंय आवंटी द्वारा किया जायेगा |

8. पंजीकरण आवंटन कम्पनी द्वारा बनाये गये नियमो /आदेशो/उप – बन्धो /परिपत्रो के तहत होगा कम्पनी अपने द्वारा बनाये गये नियमो /आदेशो/परिपत्रो , को बनाने / परिवर्तन करने के लिए पूर्णत: सक्षम होगी और ये पंजीक्रत आवेदकों / आवंटियों के लिए पूर्णत: लागू होगी |

9. पंजीकरण राशि चेक डी.डी. द्वारा ही स्वीक्रत की जाएगी | किसी प्रकार का कोई नकद में लेन-देन नही होगा और कम्पनी द्वारा निर्धारित विक्रय मूल्य के आलावा किसी भी व्यक्ति या प्रतिनिधि को अधिक्रत नही करती है की नगद लेन -देन करे अर्थात निर्धारित मूल्य के आलावा कोई प्रीमियम राशि किसी को न दे |

10. फ्लेट का कब्जा प्राप्त करने के पश्चात एक वर्ष की अवधि मै फ्लेट में निवास अनिवार्य होगा | अन्यथा कम्पनी को ऐसे फ्लैट्स का कब्जा स्वयं प्राप्त कर अन्य पात्र व्यक्ति को आवंटन का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा |

11. आवेदकों की वरीयता एवम आवंटन सूचि कम्पनी के द्वारा जारी की जाएगी |

12. लोटरी द्वारा जो भी फ्लेट आवंटित होगा उसे परिवर्तित नही किया जा सकेगा |

13. यह योजना मुख्यमंत्री जन आवास योजना 2015 के अंतर्गत है | अत: राज्य सरकार द्वारा बनाये गये प्रावधान लागु होंगे |

Awas Yojana Jaipur Allotment Terms

Under the Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme-2011, the applicant must have a house in the urban area in the name of the lease hold or freehold self / spouse and any dependent member (including unmarried children) whose street sheet will be allocated with allocation.
Houses will only be used for residential purpose. There will be no unauthorized construction in the house and no unauthorized use / commercial use. The violation of this provision will have all the rights to cancel the allocation of the company.
Housing will be allotted through lottery. In this, the applicants who submit their application in the prescribed period of the program will be included in the allotment lottery according to the priority.
The applicant should give notice of change in the address of his correspondence at the company address. Due to not giving the change of address change or if the applicant does not receive the letter at the speed of the applicant, no disaster will be accepted by the company. At the time of changing the address change, you must include the full priority number along with the photocopies of the desired document. Only after the acceptance of the change of address by the company, the address change will be valid. Therefore, the applicant is advised that in case of non-receipt of notice from the company in this regard, the information regarding change of address should be obtained from the concerned office.
The company shall not be liable for delay or receipt of correspondence received by the company in the event of unintentional address of the place where the general public is denied entry by the applicant. In such a situation, the applicants are advised that from time to time contact the concerned office of the company.
According to the income category, only one applicant from the husband and wife and the dependent in the family will be eligible for accommodation allocation.
After occupation of the house, the house will be maintained by self-employed.
The registration allocation will be done under the rules / orders / sub-bonds / circulars made by the company and the company will be fully competent to make / change the rules / orders / circulars made by them and for those registered applicants / allottees Will be fully implemented.
Registration amount check D.D. Will be accepted by. There will be no cash in any kind of cash and not any person or representative other than the sales price set by the company, that the cash transaction should not be given to anybody other than the specified value.
After receiving the possession of the flats, the residence in the flats will be mandatory for one year. Otherwise the company will have the full right to allocate the possession of such flats and all the other eligible persons.
The applicants’ preference and allocation list will be issued by the company.
The flats allotted by the lottery will not be changed.
This scheme is under the Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme 2015. Hence the provisions made by the State Government will be applicable.
