National Family Benefit Scheme

Government of Uttar Pradesh has started National Family Benefit Scheme or NFBS. Under this scheme, the families who are not able to get basic needs to live, will get financial assistance. Uttar Pradesh Government tarted the National Family Benefit Scheme in January 2016.

Such families who have lost the main member of the earning or have died in any case, will get a lump sum amount in the form of compensation. In this scheme, you want to  claim compensation then you have to do registration. Features Of National Family Benefit Scheme

• The National Family Benefit Scheme is for the poor residents of the state only. If the main earning member of a family has died due to some reason. After that, the member who handles his family will be get financial assistance through the Uttar Pradesh government.
• The applicant’s age should be between eighteen and sixty years for this scheme. If the age of applicant is less than the age of 18 years, ie, or more than 60 years of age ie the elderly, the applicant will not be get financial help.
• The compensation amount is fixed, which is 30,000 rupees, it has been magnified with the amount given earlier, 20,000 rupees had been fixed for the first time. Only online applications will be accepted in this scheme, there is no provision of offline application.
• Under this scheme the annual family age should not be more than 56,450 (urban) and 46,080 (rural). The amount of compensation will be given only when the member of the family’s earning member or any member of the sole earning member becomes indispensable.

Eligibility for Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana 2018

• According to this scheme, those who come below poverty line can apply the same.
• The annual income of the family living in the city is 56,450 and those living in rural areas should not be more than 46,080.
• Members of the zodiac family will be get only after the death of the earning member.

Funding for Families

• Under the scheme, government will give the financial assistance of 30,000.
• Initially the amount of compensation was Rs 20,000, after 2013, government increased this amount to Rs 30,000.
• After the main member of the family in this plan, the second member of the family can get the amount.

This amount will credit directly to the account holder who is the account holder under the scheme. In 45 days of application, you will get amount in the account.

Application Process
