PCMC Gharkul Yojana List 2018
Under the PMA, technical committee of the Central Government approved the proposal of construction of 3,664 houses in the first phase on Wednesday, also approved the way for implementation of the first phase of the project in three places. PCMC Gharkul Yojana is a scheme to provide home to all.
The Central government also approved the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) for the construction of houses within 19 days of its submission of the Prime Minister Housing Scheme (PMAY).
Budget And Target Of PCMC Gharkul Yojana
- A total of 3,664 houses will be constructed in PCMC cottage scheme, Charholi, Rawat and Moshi. An official of PCMC said that the estimated cost of the project at these three places is 377.28 crore.
- According to officials, the proposed plan is to construct 9,458 houses in ten different areas of the city.
- Seema Salve, chairman of the Standing Committee of PCMC, said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has committed to providing the home to every citizen of the country till 2022 and for this purpose he started PMAY.
- PCMC has decided to implement the scheme and invite applications. After the independent survey of cottage we will also decide the beneficiaries of the project.
- Under PMA scheme, people who do not have homes anywhere in India will get home.
- PCMC Gharkul Yojana Municipal Corporation has planned to construct 9,458 houses in ten areas of the city.
Mukhya Mantri GRUH Yojna form
- The technical committee of the state government had approved the DPR for construction of 3,664 houses in Chhalloli, Rawat and Boradawadi (Moshi) on November 10.
- The DPR was sent to the center for final approval. The Technical Committee of the Centeral extended it within 19 days.
- The committee informed the PCMC on Wednesday about its approval for the scheme.
Overview Of PCMC Gharkul Yojana
- The NDA government launched the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme (PMEE) under the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme in June 2015, with the aim of ‘housing for all by 2022.
- The government made this scheme to provide affordable housing loans for MIG (Middle Income Group), LIG (low income group) as well as EWS (economically weaker sections).
- PCMC Gharkul Yojana: The Government is planning to make affordable houses with all facilities. Facilities like water supply, sanitation and power supply as well as clock.
- One of the main aspects of this scheme is the construction of homes. Basically, the scheme is for the slum dwellers in collaboration with the private developers and to change the slum areas.
